28 Day Aged* T-Bone Steak
Our t-bone steaks are aged for a minimum of 28 days to ensure optimum flavour and tenderness. We cut our steaks by hand by our own skilled butchers.
The beef we use is British and butchered by ourselves to order. Our steaks are always cut by hand by us and as such we can always ensure that your steak will be spot on.
Our beef is all locally sourced from the North West of England and is fully traceable and high grade / high welfare. It is grass fed and then aged for a minimum of 28 days.
All our beef is from Hereford Heifers.
